GEOSPATIAL TECHNOLOGY ANALYST The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC) is seeking a Geospatial Technology Analyst. This position will review, design, and implement GIS solutions to create efficiencies for agency staff. This position will also maintain the agency's Data Explorer system, a newly developed part of the agency RBDMS oil and gas database development, a web-based integrated GIS, and data reporting application. The system includes both GIS functionality and menus and reporting integration with the agency's SQL database for both internal and external users. Other job duties will be creating, updating, and maintaining maps as needed for agency staff and external users, including other agencies, industry, and the public. This position will also examine opportunities and methodology to leverage GIS-based solutions to support function and decision-making within the agency.
